Fund Raising Campaign

The After Prom Party Committee would like to ask for your donation.  

The After Prom Party costs roughly $225 per student attending.  This is a FREE event for all students that attend. We raise money all year long with your help!  Our goal is to provide a safe alcohol free event for students.  It can be tricky to get students to commit to the event, so we try to entice them with entertainment and prizes. Each student will have a lite dinner and breakfast.  There are unlimited fountain drinks all night. They have access to all that Pinz offers.  The After Prom Party Committee provides additional entertainment including but not limited to a DJ, Hypnotist, corn hole tournament, iced coffee bar, snacks for the night as well as paying for their admission and food that Pinz supplies.  

There are approximately 300 students in the class we expect at least 200 to attend and would love to have a gift card or prize for each.

Items to Donate

We are looking for donations of prizes for the After Prom Party.  Some of these prizes include Keurig Coffee Machines, 32 inch Smart TV's, bluetooth speakers, desk lamps, ear buds, fairy lights, decks of cards and weighted blankets.

Gift Cards

We are always accepting Gift Cards. No amount is too small. Anything from a $5 coffee or DQ card to $100 Target or Amazon and anywhere in between are always appreciated.

College T - Shirts

While you are out on a college visit or are searching the web at your favorite college, check out the t-shirt section and buy a few for our prize wheel. Any college, any size welcome.  Students wear their t-shirts for many years, even if it's not a school they attend.  

Time

If you are not a parent of a senior and would like to spend the night (and early morning) chaperoning the event we would LOVE to have you.  We will need adults to manage some of the specifics of the event.  The door prize distribution, prize wheel, corn hole tournament, admission of students, door duty all need a few adults at each for the night. 

We appreciate any donation. 

Please have donations delivered or ready for pick up by April 15, 2023.
